BIP carries out telephone interviews for quantitative as well as qualitative research.

Quantitative Research
  • BIP is fully equipped to carry out large-scale interviews.

BIP collects data from private companies and other organizations as well as from the general public, in Quebec and elsewhere in North America.

BIP's interviewers are bilingual and several of them speak a third language, enabling them to conduct interviews with representatives of different cultural communities.


Qualitative Research
  • A distinct quantitative team is in charge of recruiting the answerers for the 500 to 600 annually recruited newsgroups

BIP also conducts in-depth interviews that may be recorded. These interviews are carried out by senior interviewers with excellent analysis skills.

Face-to-face interviews
Face-to-face interviews are conducted either at the respondent's home or by approaching respondents in stores or shopping centres.
