Lucie Leclerc

Lucie Leclerc, President

Who holds a Master's degree in Music, and has an academic background in Communications, leads the company with the discipline and attention to detail of a true orchestra conductor.  She has been working in this area for 20 years, and has acquired a solid reputation, having successfully completed hundreds of projects, some of which are absolutely unique in the field of research, both in terms of complexity and of the subject matter covered. Her primary function is developing the firm. She has been involved in several boards of directors for a few years now, and indeed chairs two of them.

Robert Leblanc

Robert Leblanc, Vice-President, Controller and Partner

Who has a background in architecture and administration, plans and controls finances and information systems, as well as ensuring the optimal layout of work spaces. In that capacity, he is in charge of the firm's computing equipment and of its general equipment purchases. In 1998, Mr. Le Blanc was in charge of the layout of the main office and of Human Resources for the 1998 and 2000 Origine Destination surveys in Trois-Rivières.

Christine Meurisse

Christine Meurisse, Vice-President, Operations and Development

A survey professional who has been working at BIP for close to 20 years. She manages projects and is in charge of 150 data collection staff members; further, she recommends the best field strategies to suit clients' needs.  Her portfolio comprises several hundred projects.

Sylvie Gourd

Sylvie Gourd, Director, Qualitative Service

Has been with the BIP team for 15 years. She has extensive area in the field, and is in charge of the Qualitative service, of managing the group meeting room and of tenders associated with the service. Ever since she arrived in the firm, she has organised several thousand newsgroups throughout Quebec.
