Lucie Leclerc

Lucie Leclerc, Chief Executive Officer

Lucie Leclerc has a higher education degree in music and has studied in communications and marketing. She acquired BIP in 1988 and has since then led the company with passion. With 25 years of experience in the research industry and almost 6,000 projects she has built a solid reputation. She piloted some projects that, by their complexity and difficult subject matter, are unique in the industry. By setting high standards for research content, methodology and statistical analysis, BIP is now positioned amongst the leading independent research firms in Quebec. The key to this success has been Lucie’s ability to mobilise a highly skilled and stable employee base geared towards results and client satisfaction.

Lucie Leclerc's engagement to the Montreal business community is recognised this year.  She was chosen as a finalist in the "Prix femme d'affaire du Québec 2012" (Quebec business woman awards 2012).

Patrick Courtemanche

Patrick Courtemanche, Vice-President Operations

With over fourteen years of experience in market research, Patrick Courtemanche masters all data collection aspects from managing telephone centrals, implementing online surveys to conducting online qualitative research. He has piloted over 400 quantitative projects such as ad post-testing, product testing, CRM quality measurement, client satisfaction surveys and usability studies. Patrick also leads the data analysis team and has a solid comprehension of univariate, bivariate and multivariate data analysis. He is interested in new research trends such as netnography, social media research and mobile technologies. As an added value to our clients, he is proactive and is capable of composing with complex projects. Patrick holds a Post-graduate’s degree in management from HEC Montreal and a bachelor’s degree in Political science from the University of Montreal.

Robert Leblanc

Robert Le Blanc, Vice-President Finance

Associate and trained architect, Robert Leblanc plans and administers BIP’s finances. He is responsible for the IT department and plans all purchases, maintenance and upgrades of the company’s IT infrastructure and software. He optimises the office workspace to the growing needs of the company. On specific large scale projects, such as the Enquête Origine Destination, Robert drew the floor plans for offsite telephone centrals and administrative offices in order to optimise workspace.
